SMPS and the ACE Mentor Program of America (ACE) announce their partnership to workforce development within the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry. This collaboration strengthens both organizations’ efforts to inspire and support the next generation of industry leaders.
Through this partnership, ACE and SMPS will work together to foster engagement between their respective affiliates and chapters nationwide. Both organizations will encourage local collaboration, co-host programming, and increase visibility for each other’s initiatives. ACE and SMPS will also promote industry career pathways for students by sharing resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship programs.
