In 2017, SMPS members chose the next research topic, Exploring Client Decision-Making Behavior, to be developed by the SMPS Foundation.<\/p>\n
We\u2019ve moved forward with this topic, and we\u2019re currently working to develop a more robust and scientifically-informed understanding of it. To decide which part of the research is most relevant to our members and their firms, the SMPS Foundation is holding a day-long workshop in Chicago on Thursday, May 17, with industry professionals.<\/p>\n
Throughout the day and as part of the agenda, facilitator JonRobert Tartaglione<\/a>, founder and CEO of Influence 51, will lead participants through brainstorming sessions and concept and content development.
