What I love most about my job is when someone reaches out and tells me how much they\u2019ve gained through a program they\u2019ve attended, virtually, of course. Knowing that our members turn to SMPS for professional development (and their personal achievement) makes me proud of the Society.<\/p>\n
Helen Keller once said: \u201cKnowledge is love and light and vision,\u201d and I truly believe it. Knowledge leads us on a worthy path. It pushes us forward. Makes us stronger and brings clarity.<\/p>\n
With knowledge also comes the confidence to become a passionate leader. It allows us to offer wisdom\u2014not just to those with similar career goals but with similar business goals. There are several ways to increase knowledge and one of them is becoming a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Obtaining your CPSM designation takes the passion for professional services marketing and gives it a boost by recognizing expertise. For SMPS members, we offer a discount on obtaining designation and, once certified, you\u2019ll get discounts on continuing education<\/strong><\/a> to keep your certification active\u2014and your knowledge growing.<\/p>\n And if this past year hasn\u2019t proven otherwise, there\u2019s always room to learn and grow. Because knowledge is more than love and light and vision.
