This time last year, I wrote about how reading can open our minds to new ideas. But if we only read what we\u2019re accustomed to, we can\u2019t continue to evolve. And, for me, evolving as a person keeps me going and growing.<\/p>\n

Recently, I came across an article titled \u201c100 Best Books of All Time\u201d\u2014featuring my favorite author Zora Neale Hurston and others I\u2019m putting on my list. Most of the books are fiction, leaving room for nonfiction in my never-ending goal of lifelong learning.<\/p>\n

At the end of the day, we can\u2019t forget that, as professionals, we\u2019re here to help our firms thrive. And we can do that by staying knowledgeable\u2014and passing on our knowledge to the team.<\/p>\n
