Although <em>why <\/em>I serve has evolved over the years, SMPS has undeniably succeeded in creating a path to leadership where professional growth is not the exception but the standard. I have not witnessed opportunities like this in other professional organizations and encourage each of you to find an opportunity to dive in a little deeper\u2014whether at your local chapter, region, or in various roles with SMPS and the Foundation.<\/p><p>At the SMPS Foundation, we have made significant progress in the last few years. We\u2019ve delivered 72 <a href=\"https:\/\/smps.org\/smpsf-zinsmeyer-scholarship\/\">SMPS Foundation Zinsmeyer Scholarships<\/a> to students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs); conducted and promoted research including: <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.smps.org\/online-store\/publications?CurrencyId=928d8e91-f8cf-47bf-927d-f529ef848d0f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Positioning &amp; Differentiation in A\/E\/C Marketing<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/smps.org\/about-the-foundation\/\"><em>AEC.BD<\/em><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/smps.org\/about-the-foundation\/\">Building Resilience: A\/E\/C\u2019s Path Beyond 2025<\/a>, and our new <a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelearning.smps.org\/products\/ai-quarterly-insight-report-q2-2025\">AI Insights Quarterly<\/a> report.<\/p><p>We\u2019re also excited to reveal our first annual <em>Emerging Trends in A\/E\/C Marketing and Business Development<\/em> report at Amplify A|E|C this year, alongside a deep-dive research project focused on <em>CX in the A\/E\/C Industry<\/em>.
