At the Society, it\u2019s not the first time we\u2019ve flipped the script (and the switch!) to provide better tools and resources for our members.<\/p><p>While we always strive for seamless transitions, things don\u2019t always go perfectly. Sometimes there are delays or processes that need fine-tuning. For some, this might sound familiar if your firm has gone through a software upgrade. Change leads to growth but it can, at times, be a little bumpy!<\/p><p>We appreciate your patience during the transition. As we type, we\u2019re behind the scenes reviewing feedback, resolving issues, and improving the experience. To hear more detailed updates and ask questions about the digital transition, please join us for our <a href=\"https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/WN__dSbVvviQy2kFi7pfLs03Q#\/registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">August town hall<\/a>.<\/p><p>In the meantime, we\u2019ve received the following question, which might be helpful:<\/p><p><strong><em>What\u2019s the difference between MySMPS and My Profile (within the new system)?<\/em> <\/strong><\/p><ul><li>MySMPS is your members-only community to view discussions, access the directory, watch on-demand learning labs, and read archived <em>Marketer<\/em> journals.<\/li><li>My Profile (in the new system) allows you to renew your membership, download or purchase publications, and register for SMPS HQ events.<\/li><li>The good news? It\u2019s a single sign-on experience using the same username and password for both platforms.<\/li><\/ul><p>Other questions?
